WHAT IS A Registered Agent
An Ohio registered agent is a person who acts on behalf of businesses in Ohio. They can accept service of process as well as accept other types of legal notifications. This type of agent is sometimes referred to as an Ohio statutory agent.
Service Fees:
One year as Registered Agent: $65
Shipping at cost of shipping provider of your choice (no charge for handling)
Printing: $0.15/page
Faxing, scanning, and emailing documents: no charge under 50 pages, $0.15/page thereafter.
Receiving faxes: $1.25/page
Agreement can be cancelled by either party in writing, or with notification of replacement of Registered Agent.
Contact information must be updated if changed.
After $65 payment is received, you may list APS Registered Agents, LLC, as your Registered Agent on filings with the Ohio Secretary of State, and to all persons or companies requesting or required to have the Agent name.
Registering your Business
APS Registered Agents can file Articles of Incorporation with the State of Ohio for you.
